Teens of Steel
Your teen will learn about the importance of exercise, nutrition and wellness through several informative workouts. We teach them how to lift correctly, integrate cardiovascular training into their workouts, and give them a sample of group fitness classes. This program is open to all teenagers 13 and up. If you are 13 you must attend at least four of the six sessions to qualify as an adult member at the Pavilion.

Incentive Programs
