Fitness AssessmentA free personal fitness assessment with a degreed fitness specialist includes a discussion on past exercise programs, exercise limitations, goal setting and an outline of your future fitness program. The Pavilion also will measure your current fitness level, assessing:

  • Blood pressure and heart rate
  • Height and weight
  • Body composition
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance

Following your assessment, a degreed specialist will help you design a personal workout routine based on exercise guidelines established by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). The fitness specialist will teach you how to use the strength equipment, including our Fitlinxx Interactive System, and our extensive cardiovascular area.
