This unique class is designed to improve flexibility and strength in a non-impact, balanced system of body-mind control.

Pilates Reformer
Pilates ReformersIncrease core strength, improve body awareness and posture, relieve stress, and increase flexibility and balance with the Pilates reformer workout. Registration is required at the Front Desk.

 

Reformer Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for Reformer classes. Please call at least 24 hours before class begins to cancel your reservation. You will be charged for one class if you do not call to cancel. Also, there is a one-week advance registration policy to sign up for a Reformer class. You can only sign up one week in advance for the class you wish to take.
