Nonmembers may take the following classes:
Tai Chi, Move-n-Groove, Pilates, Power Pump, Muscle Ball, Power Ball, Yoga (Ashtanga, Hatha and Fitness), Spinning and Reformer classes
Move–n–Groove
No dance experience required for this dance aerobics class.
Step
This class offers basic step patterns for all fitness levels.
Step & Sculpt
Traditional step choreography and muscle toning give you a cardiovascular workout and tone all of the major muscle groups.
Step Challenge
This step class combines choreography with optional power movements. For all fitness levels.
Core Conditioning
Using core body muscles (abdominal, obliques, back and gluteals), this workout uses a combination of Pilates moves, plyometrics and strength to lengthen the spine and promote proper alignment, posture and a strong center.
Body Sculpt
Using hand weights and rubberized resistance equipment, this class is designed to tone and strengthen the body’s major muscle groups (including abdominals).
Power Pump
This class strengthens, conditions, shapes, tones and defines muscles using a specially designed barbell system and incorporating weights into a basic choreographed athletic workout set to motivating music.
Recess
Improve your cardiovascular system and tone your muscles with a one-hour class in the gym, on a number of intense, energizing circuits.
Ball, Balance and Strength
Cardiovascular, strength and flexibility exercises are performed using the stability ball. Formerly called “Balltastic,” this class will help you improve your strength and balance.
Total Body Conditioning
This one-hour class begins with 10 minutes of cardiovascular exercise to get the heart pumping. Then go to work with the body bar, dumbbells, bar bells, bands and other strengthening equipment.
Complete Abs
This class focuses completely on the abdominal muscles, including the rectus abdominals, internal and external oblique and transverse abdominals.
This unique class is designed to improve flexibility and strength in a non-impact, balanced system of body-mind control.
Pilates Reformer
Increase core strength, improve body awareness and posture, relieve stress, and increase flexibility and balance with the Pilates reformer workout. Registration is required at the Front Desk.
Reformer Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for Reformer classes. Please call at least 24 hours before class begins to cancel your reservation. You will be charged for one class if you do not call to cancel. Also, there is a one-week advance registration policy to sign up for a Reformer class. You can only sign up one week in advance for the class you wish to take.
Hatha Yoga
Moves flow from standing to seated poses as your instructor combines exercises with breath work to enhance the mind-body connection.
Ashtanga Yoga
Learn dynamic breathing, focus and a flowing progression of postures that balance the body with strength, stamina and flexibility.
Fitness Yoga
This class offers a total mind-body workout featuring cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility, muscle balancing and relaxation.
Yin Yoga
For people who have a tight, inflexible core or mid-section, this foundation of quiet practice encourages you to hold poses for a longer length of time.
Yogalates
With a complete and comprehensive fusion of yoga and Pilates, develop general tone and fitness in the body while also creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and overall well-being.
Spinning classes simulate the outdoor biking experience indoors on state-of-the-art stationary cycles. Spinning classes combine basic, rhythmic and athletic cycling drills with guided focus and motivational music, led by our certified spinning instructors.

Intro to Spin
Intro to Spin is offered once a month, teaching you basic terminology, how to set up your bike, and how to adjust tension levels during class. Sign up at the Front Desk. See the Studio B schedule for specific day and time.
