Yoga Teacher Training Program

 The Yoga Teacher Training Program being offered at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion will offer certification exceeding the requirements set by the Yoga Alliance for the 200 hour certification.  Graduates of the program will receive certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).  Instruction will be offered by Shashank Lakhia, Yoga Program Director,  Pamela Quinn, teacher and founder of Elemental OM, Katy Knowles, co-founder of YogahOMe, and Lilias Folan, known as the "First Lady of Yoga." To apply for the program, download and print the following forms:

Program Dates:  Orientation  Aug.  13, 7-8:30 p.m. 
                         Class sessions  Aug. 20-22, 27-29, Sept. 10-12, 24-26, Oct. 8-10, 22-24. Nov 5-7, 19-21, Dec. 3-5
                         Fridays 5-9 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Sundays 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Program Fees:  $2100 including study material.  A 5% discount if paid in full by August 2, 2010. 
                       A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required with the application with the balance due no later than August 13, 2010.

Leslee Bender Boot Camp Master Class

Don't miss a special Boot Camp Master Class presented by Leslee Bender, nationally known fitness professional.  The workout will encompass the Bender Method of Core Training with the Bender Ball.  Each AB sculpting move puts you in the position for results.  Combines with Leslee Bender's effective method of Selective Stabilization, it cranks up the intensity and targets your abdominal muscles from all sides.

Fitness for Two
This exercise program includes Step Aerobics, Water Aerobics and Mind/Body Stretch to help pregnant women improve cardiovascular fitness, circulation, muscle strength, energy level, self-image, posture, sleep and postpartum recovery.
Tuesday Water Aerobics: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday Yoga Stretch: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Thursday Water Aerobics: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday Water Aerobics: noon - 12:45 p.m.
Free members/Nonmembers $15/class or use 10 visit punch pass.

Nonmembers can participate in any group fitness class by purchasing a 10 visit punch pass for $120.
