Join our registered dietitian and degreed, personal trainer as they identify what most dieters are eating, should be eating, how to determine proper food planning and nutrition, as well as discuss the effects, necessity and proper levels of exercise.  This class is filled with useful information to apply to every day life and will open your eyes to a suitable nutrition and exercise balance.

Ladies’ Night at the Pavilion… Fitness, Food and Fun!
Thursday, April 30, 7 to 9pm
Join us for a relaxing, interactive and entertaining evening that is all about you!  Start the evening by learning to belly dance, an ancient dance form that has been around for thousands of years. Belly dance instructor Michelle Elghayesh, owner of the Nile Gallery in Sharonville, will teach you the basic moves.  Then “wine” down with an assortment of red and white wines accompanied by exquisite chocolates from Haute Chocolate in Montgomery.  We’ll also bring you up to date on the latest health benefits of wine and chocolate while you take time out for a relaxing chair massage.  Enjoy your best health now in the company of other women.

Tano is now executive chef at Tano Catering to You at Heritage Hall.  He specializes in home, corporate, and banquet catering. He turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.  Learn cooking secrets from a seasoned pro and discover a feast for the senses!

Osteoporosis Dinner Lecture
Thursday, May 14, 5:45 pm registration & dinner, lecture begins at 6:30pm
Osteoporosis is a major public health threat for an estimated 44 million Americans, or 55 percent of the people 50 years of age and older.  Our Osteoporosis dinner lecture will provide reliable health information from an expert physician, an athletic trainer and a registered dietitian.  Following dinner, our panel will discuss the risk factors for osteoporosis, methods of detection and prevention as well as disease management through medication.
