Healing Touch - Level I
Learn the basics of the human energy system and how to aid healing by restoring harmony and balance in this system.
Days/Time: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This advanced level program reviews Level 1 and expands on the human energy system and specific techniques to use touch to influence this system.

Newborn Massage
Learn therapeutic massage techniques to comfort and soothe your newborn baby, which may improve your baby’s digestion and lead to more restful sleep. You may practice with your baby or you can bring a doll. Techniques are recommended for infants up to 4 months.
Day/Time: Tuesday, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Cost: $25/single or $40/couple
